I LOVE A GOOD PARODY!!

I was lovin' M.I.A before the bitch knew what a paper plane was. Honestly, back in my days of Long Beach State, my girl friend Angela Masino and I ate all the shit that M.I.A released up... no one knew who she was, but in our eyes M.I.A was our hidden secret. She was fierce but was frustrated to not have a hit song so she retired... fast forward a few months later her song "Paper Planes" made it big via the "Pineapple Express" movie soundtrack and she's back in the music making business. This song has a great parody out right now on YouTube, for some odd reason it reminds me of Angel Benton, Brandon Baker and Derrick, don't ask me why, I just think it does! WATCH IT BELOW... IT'S A MUST!!

When I hear an artist that kicks major butt I get so excited - enter Lady GaGa!! Perez HIlton touted her album to be like the next coming of Christ, and he was correct.

I am picking the song "Poker Face" as my PICK O' THE DAY because the song has a different feel than her breakthrough song "Just Dance," and I think an overall better produced song: more dynamic, better thought out, hard-hitting if you will.

I wish I could show the video but YouTube prevents me so I can only let you hear the song. If you need to see the glorious video before you buy the song its available on iTunes for purchase or on YouTube for free viewing. No matter what you do go to iTunes and buy her new album 'The Fame,' you won't regret it... TRUST ME. I really can't say anything else about Lady GaGa except you will be seeing more of this 21 year old diva - doesn't she look like she is in her 30's? Either way she's fierce, and Scott doesn't use the word FIERCE very often *wink*!

STAR STRUCK

I am not the kind to get star struck. I have met many famous people and yet I don't get giddy, nor do I freak out... I truly believe that celebrities have chosen a different life path and are still humans who put on their underwear just like we do!

Last night I was at The Abbey in West Hollywood with Joe Granish and the 'ITalian' and I walked by Matt Lucas, creator and star of Little Britain & Little Britain USA, without any hesitation I said to him as I walked by "I am a really big fan of yours and really admire all your work, thank you." After I passed him up and caught up with the boys at the bar I asked Joe if he still had his camera - NO, I couldn't do it! Matt was at a bar relaxing and I didn't want to bug... HOLY CRAP, I BECAME STAR STRUCK!!

I argued back and forth of whether or not I should walk back up to him and ask for a photo but I decided to let it go and just retain the memory without a photo - unfortunately.
