According to Gizmodo, Barrack is attempting to stop the imminent digital television switch that is planned for February 17. Siting a 'lack of funding,' I'm not even sure the President will be able to stop the great switch-over, especially since millions of dollars have been pumped into the marketing of this analog to digital switch.
